ENGRAVING

In addition to your shipping times, please allow 5-7 additional business days for monogramming services. 

If express shipping is chosen at checkout, the item is still subject to a 5-7 day processing timeline.

An additional charge of $10.00 per item will be added to the purchase.

It is important to note that once engraved, the item is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any engraved items.

Select handbags with light or brushed gold hanging medallions and journals can be engraved. You can shop all engravable styles here: https://www.brahmin.com/engraving-shop.

Handbags with a nickel finish, Tassel key Rings, Handbags and Accessories without a hanging medallion or handbags with a fixed medallion.

On handbags, the monogram will be engraved on the back of the hanging medallion. On journals, the monogram will be engraved on the gold plaque located on the bottom left corner.

Items can only be engraved at the time of purchase. Previously purchased items cannot be sent back for monogramming services.

At this time, only uppercase letters are available for engraving services. Lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters are not included.

There is a maximum of three letters per engraving.

RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a UPS location near you.

Please note that we are unable to provide prepaid international return shipping labels and the return fees would be at the expense of the customer.  The original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return in store

Items purchased on Brahmin.com cannot be returned to Brahmin Boutiques or Outlet locations.  Items purchased at a Brahmin Boutique can be returned to any Brahmin Boutique and items purchased at a Brahmin Outlet can be returned to any Brahmin Outlet location.


Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.  Please note it can take 3-5 business days from processing for your funds to appear in your account.  If for any reason your original payment method cannot be refunded, a Brahmin eCert will be supplied.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Yes!  We do offer refunds.

Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that any item showing signs of use will be returned to you.  Refunds will go back to the original form of payment.  If for any reason the original form of payment cannot be refunded, a Brahmin eCert will be provided to the purchaser.  

Engraved items and Final Sale items are non-refundable. Brahmin Gift cards are non-refundable. 


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-229-2428. We will review the situation and strive to resolve the issue.

All full priced, unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.  Please note that all engraved and embossed items are final sale, and cannot be returned. If your original form of payment is unable to be refunded, a Brahmin eCert will be provided. All items sold during Online Outlet Events, or Exclusive Events are Final Sale and unable to be returned, unless damaged or approved by Brahmin customer service team

If any exception is to be made over the 30 day return window, the refund will be processed to a Brahmin eCertificate.

When you order has shipped, an email will be sent to you including a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Lost packages

At Brahmin, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or call 1-800-229-2428 with your order number and any relevant details.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] or call 1-800-229-2428 within 48 hours of receiving the order and include clear, well lit photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, provide a return label and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

We have no delays at this time. We do not ship or deliver on weekends.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process your order, then we ship your package to you.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then our shipping carrier, UPS, takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Brahmin offers international shipping to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom with UPS. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with UPS. Your customer service needs will be handled directly by Brahmin.

Please note that we are unable to provide prepaid international return shipping labels and any return fees would be at the expense of the customer.  The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently accept credit card or debit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Affirm, PayPal, and Apple Pay online only.

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state to which you are shipping your order. Sales tax will be displayed on the checkout screen. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.

At the time of ordering a credit card authorization is placed on your credit card.  Once we have verified your credit card details and received a credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping . The full amount of your order will be captured upon shipping. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Easy. All you have to do is create an account by visiting Brahmin.com and clicking, “Account”. BRAHMIN REWARDS is free to join—meaning, no minimum-spending amount required.

All BRAHMIN REWARDS members are eligible for a birthday gift by adding your birthday to your online profile.  You’ll accrue additional points as you purchase on Brahmin.com that can be used for rewards discounts. 

Yes, the points you receive towards Rewards will expire after twenty-four (24) months. For example, if you earn Loyalty Points on January 2, 2024, they will expire on January 2, 2026. Transactions that can earn points (“eligible transactions”) include all purchases of full priced merchandise on Brahmin.com (excluding merchandise shipped outside the United States) and Brahmin Boutiques. Purchases for gift cards, e-gift cards, and gift services will not be eligible for rewards points.  They cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts.

BRAHMIN REWARDS no longer has a tier status within the program. The ability to earn points and use them for rewards is available to anyone that is enrolled in the program. 

If an item is returned, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. 

If rewards dollars are used for the order, the value of your rewards dollars will not be returned if you make a return.

In order to receive points for your orders you must be enrolled in the program at the time of checkout. 

No, only one reward dollar discount can be applied per order.

Yes, in order to use a $75 Reward, there is a minimum spend of $150.  In order to use a $100 Reward, there is a minimum spend of $200.  There is no minimum spend associated to $10, $25 or $50 Rewards.

GIFT CARDS & E-GIFT CARDS

Yes, we offer e-certificates, which can be redeemed on brahmin.com. You can shop e-certificates here: https://www.brahmin.com/e-gift-cards.html

E-certificates may be ordered within the predetermined increments available on Brahmin.com. 

They can be sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. E-certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please treat this like cash; if lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Redeemable on Brahmin.com only.

The recipient will receive an email within a few hours of purchase containing an E-certificate code, to be activated within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Our E-certificates are redeemable only at Brahmin.com in the country where purchased. Processing can take 1-2 hours after ordering.

Rewards dollars cannot be used to purchase e-certificates.

At this time, you cannot use your store gift card online.

You can redeem a gift card or e-gift card on Brahmin.com. Our E-Gift cards are redeemable only at Brahmin.com in the country where purchased.

No, you are not able to use rewards dollars or any type of discount to purchase a physical gift card or E-Gift card. If an order is placed using either the order will be cancelled and your payment method will be refunded. 

We no longer require the verification of the pin number that is on the gift card. 

All Brahmin digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable. 

PARTS & REPAIRS

Yes, we offer repairs.  Please contact Customer Service to see if your item is eligible.  A proof of purchase from an authorized retail partner and images will be required

Our warranty covers products purchased within a two-year period.  Please contact Customer Service to determine if your product is eligible.  A valid sales receipt from an authorized retail partner must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.  Clear, well-lit photos will also be required.

A few other points to note:

 - Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

 - No Off Price, Reseller or Final Sale product 

 - We do not clean or repair handbag interiors

 - US based customers only

 - Repairs not covered by manufacturers warranty will be subject to fees 

 - Color transfer is not covered

 - Overall handbag must be reasonably clean for sanitary purposes

 - Customer pays cost to ship in, we cover return ship cost

Once your product is received and inspected, if a manufacturer’s defect is found, we will repair or replace your product with the same style if available or a style of equal value based on the purchase price stated on the receipt.

Brahmin reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear. We do not guarantee or warranty any item purchased through a third-party unauthorized dealer.

Please contact Customer Service for assistance ordering a replacement strap. Replacement strap orders can take up to 6 weeks to receive and are final sale.

Straps / handles can only be made to the original specifications/design of the handbag.

We're happy to accept most Brahmin handbags and accessories for refurbishing services.  Please contact Customer Service to determine if your item is eligible.  We do require the inside lining of any used item to be reasonably clean in order to refurbish. Depending on the condition of the used item, it may be beyond the refurbishment process, in which case the item will be returned to you as is. Please follow repair instructions to send your bag in for refurbishment. For further instructions on how to send your bag in for refurbishment, please contact Customer Service. Please note: There will be a nominal fee of $40 provided that the item is in fact able to be refurbished. Once our team receives and assesses your item, you will be contacted with our recommendations.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

No, you cannot combine promotional offers or promotional codes at checkout. They also can not be combined with sale items.

No, rewards dollars cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or sale items.

Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

No, you cannot return a final sale item. 

No, we do not price match items that go on sale after you’ve placed your order.  We also do not price match other retailers prices.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

At Brahmin, we want your handbag to feel comfortable and fit your style. Most of our straps are adjustable to create a desired strap drop length. Follow the simple instructions below to adjust your strap as needed. You may also CLICK HERE to watch a video detailing the steps to adjust your strap.

Start by sliding the leather loop over the collar button to the opposite side of the strap. Force the button out of the strap hole (there is a small slit above the hole that may need to be pried open a bit to help remove the button).

Bring the end of the strap up to the hole where you would like to adjust it. Our basic strap will allow you to double over the entire strap for a much shorter, shoulder bag look.

Push the button through the hole, and slide the leather loop back over the collar button to where the strap now attaches to the handbag. Adjust the opposite side of the strap if needed.

All of our products are made with genuine cowhide leather, unless otherwise stated. We refer to our signature Melbourne leather as "croc-embossed". We create our signature croc and exotic textures using a special plate embossing technique. Other materials used may include coated canvas, suede, hair-on leather, and more. The leather we select is primarily Texas Steer or Italian. In the effort of maximizing sustainability and minimizing waste, we work exclusively with farm animals considered suitable for meat, meaning each cow is used in its entirety.

TRADITIONAL CHAMOIS LINING

Our traditional chamois lining is 40% polyester, 60% viscose.

JACQUARD LINING

Our jacquard lining is a custom jacquard fabric, woven exclusively for Brahmin. It is 54% polyester and 46% recycled polyester.

SMALL LEATHER GOODS LINING

100% polyester

Melbourne is the collection name of our signature croc-embossed leathers, which are custom-embossed using a special plate technique to mimic the appearance of a crocodile.

Our leather conditioner is all natural and oil based. The full ingredient list for the leather conditioner is proprietary.

While our hardware is lead-free, some of our hardware does contain nickel plated elements. All of our hardware is in compliance with California's Proposition 65.

We use mixed-metal hardware on all of our items which are all plated and lacquered according to our designer’s specification. Yearly audits ensure that our hardware is Proposition 65 compliant based on industry standard.

Due to the variety of materials and textures that we offer it is best to contact our customer service with the information about your Brahmin in order for them to best assist you with care instructions. 

We are no longer requiring the registration of Brahmin products on our site.
